Description

EBV Electronic Pressure Independent Control Valve is designed for stabilizing flow in large hydronic heating and cooling systems. By integrating high-resolution differential pressure sensors and a motorized actuator with an equal-percentage control characteristic, EBV maintains constant flow even when system pressure fluctuates. The valve continuously measures ∆P across the body and adjusts its position accordingly, ensuring accurate control based solely on the commanded flow setpoint.

The range includes DN65–150, PN16, with flow capacities from 12 000 to 177 000 l/h, a minimum operational ΔP of 35 k

Pa, and media temperatures from –10°C to 120°C. EBV supports modulating control (0–10 V / 2–10 V / 4–20 mA) or BACnet/Modbus-RTU supervision and provides diagnostics, position feedback, and an automatic calibration function.

Designed for AHUs, heating groups, and large coils, EBV delivers stable flow control, reduces imbalance, and simplifies commissioning in variable-flow hydronic networks.
