BMS 

UTW is being driven by Dire­ctors who have mainly been involved in BMS for more than 40 years and have 70+ years’ experience between them. BMS is still a core part of UTW alongside developing intelligent innovative solutions on the top of BMS that brings lots of significant progress in the BMS industry. Energy Management

Energy Management services starts with evaluation of a building in the design or operation phase. It includes a customized interface dedicated for each client according to their requirements as real time and a continuous energy dashboard. Adding analytics based on systems and the elements energy consumption and performance records is another added value. Accordingly, UTW concludes energy saving potential, indoor quality improvement and retrofit solutions.

Facility Management

The Operating Systems of a building are an absolute essential part of any property and considered as an asset. Careful and proper maintenance of building assets can extend their life span enormously and in turn reduce capital operating costs of a building in the long term.

The UTW Asset Management platform includes all systems such as BMS, HVAC, Lighting, CCTV, Fire, Access Control, Security, Parking Management and any other existing system in a building, all integrated on a single IoT platform.

In the scope of asset management, it includes real time monitoring beside tracking, recording and reporting customized platform and integration with any FM or operating software.

Maintenance also covers automated supervision, performance profiling, continuous real time checkup, efficient maintenance scheduling, in advance alert and failure alerting and predictive analytics.

Energy Simulation

Building Energy Simulation is an essential task. It can be described as a multipurpose tool (software) that is used in new building and retrofit design, code compliance, green certification, qualification, etc. Therefore, simulation application includes two major fields: new building design and energy retrofit.

It includes modeling, simulation data input, calculation, calibration and validation, sickness recognition and retrofit solution.

Energy efficiency is one of the main concerns in buildings. Energy efficiency can be achieved a lot easier during the design phase, but for operating buildings it’s not just as easy. Energy Retrofit is one of the most popular topics in the building industry.

While energy retrofit is a very essential process for many buildings with high energy intensity, it could not be successfully carried out without having a clear image of the building’s energy performance. Everything should be monitored real time after retrofit implementation to prevent deviation from the retrofit plan or correction.
